我矿80%以上的设备使用年限较长,性能落后,耗能高,维修量大。为了尽快摆脱这种落后局面,在更新资金紧张的情况下,充分挖掘内部人力、物力、财力的潜力,本着先急后缓的原则,积极采用“三新技术”,进行了有计划、有步骤的更新改造工作。经过几年来的不懈努力,我矿技术装备水平不断提高,为保证生产任务完成奠定了坚实的物质基础。 1.设备更新改造与生产工艺改造有机结合 为了满足我矿深部开拓、生产规模不断扩大的需要,几年来我们依靠自己的力量,对我矿提升系统、选冶系统进行了全面改造。在这一过程中,全部采用80~90年代的新产品,取代了50~60年代的提升机;碎矿、磨浮设备一律采用了90年代高效低耗产品,日处理量由原来的750吨/日,上升为1000吨/日,停机检修时间缩短了50%,备品备件消耗年可节支10万元;采掘单耗由原来的23.64千瓦·时/吨降为21.9千瓦·时/吨,选矿单耗由
