罗炳辉是云南省今彝良县大河区阿都村人。1929年,他在江西吉安领导靖卫大队官兵起义,参加红军。历任红十二军军长,红九军团军团长,新四军支队司令员、江北指挥部副指挥、副师长、师长,新四军第二副军长兼山东军区副司令员,1946年6月21日在山东战场上因脑溢血抢救无效而逝世。这位著名将领,对党忠贞,智勇双全,率部杀敌,屡建奇功。美国著名记者尼姆·韦尔斯称赞他是“神行太保”,是“中国人民所爱好的关帝型的英雄。”然而,他的3次婚恋,却鲜为人知。
Luo Binghui is now Yili County, Yunnan Province, Dahe District Abe village. In 1929, he led the Jingwei brigade troops in Ji’an, Jiangxi, officers and soldiers uprising, to participate in the Red Army.
