轴承是大型电励磁直驱风力机主要的传动和受力部件之一,其刚度特性在风力机传动系统中起到至关重要的作用。以某大型直驱风力机主轴承为例,采用Ansys Workbench有限元软件对主轴承进行接触非线性分析,分别得到轴承径向和轴向位移量,进而得到轴承刚度特性;有限元数值计算值与实验值对比分析,表明采用有限元数值计算的方法是可靠的。
Bearing is one of the main driving and force components of large electric excitation direct drive wind turbine. Its stiffness characteristics play a crucial role in the transmission system of wind turbine.
