本文着重研究在磷变质条件下,不同的含硅量对 Al—Si-Cu-Mg 活塞合金组织及性能的影响.结果表明:硅量的变化不仅引起共晶硅和初生硅形态上的变化,而且亦使合金的性能随之变化.共晶成分的 Al-Si-Cu-Mg 合金具有最佳的常、高温机械性能。增加硅量能使磷变质的 Al-Si-Cu-Mg 合金线膨胀系数减小.
In this paper, the effect of different silicon contents on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si-Cu-Mg piston alloys under phosphorus modification was studied.The results show that the change of silicon content not only causes the morphologies of eutectic silicon and primary silicon, But also changes the properties of the alloy.The eutectic composition of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy has the best mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature. Increasing the silicon content can reduce the linear expansion coefficient of Al-Si-Cu-Mg alloy modified by phosphorus.
