用人单位对一线从业者文化知识、学习能力的要求,应成为中职文化课改革的重要参照点,但不能作为唯一的依据。职业是动态的社会现象,“用得上”的文化课,指在现实岗位、未来岗位“用得上”。应通过文化课应用模块,为“上岗有优势、转岗有可能、晋升有潜力、学习有基础”服务。
