川西地区地质条件复杂,纵向上发育多个含油气层系,深井超深井机械钻速慢,纵向上多压力系统,钻井故障、复杂时效高,钻井周期长,严重制约着川西地区深层油气勘探开发进程。深井、超深井通常采用五开五完和六开六完的井身结构,套管层次有限,同一裸眼井段常面临多套压力系统,井身结构设计难度大。井身结构通过前期的几轮优化,形成了六开六完的非常规井身结构,结合前期已钻井实钻情况和压力系统研究,合理优化了井身结构,并通过运用承压堵漏技术提高了易漏失层位的承压能力,双鱼石构造节约了一层套管层次,有效缩短了钻井周期,为加快川西地区天然气勘探开发进程起了重要作用。
The geological conditions in the west of Sichuan are complex and there are many petroleum-bearing strata in the longitudinal direction. The penetration rate of the deep ultra-deep well is slow, the multi-pressure system in the longitudinal direction, drilling failure, complex aging and long drilling cycle seriously restrict the exploration and development of deep-seated oil and gas in western Sichuan process. Deep well and ultra-deep well usually adopt well structure with five open ends and six open ends, and the casing is of a limited level. Multiple pressure systems are often exposed in the same open-hole section, and the well structure design is very difficult. Well structure through several pre-round optimization, the formation of Liu Kai Liu finished six unconventional wellbore structure, combined with pre-drilling drilling and pressure system research, rational optimization of the wellbore structure, and through the use of pressure plugging technology Which improves the pressure bearing capacity of the easily-lost layer. Pitholite structure saves a layer of casing and effectively shortens the drilling cycle, which plays an important role in accelerating natural gas exploration and development in western Sichuan.
