随着国家战略的开展和环保要求的提高,水力风力发电等清洁能源的开发和使用逐步增多,由于发电端与受电端距离较长,需要建设大规模远距离送电线路。该类输电线路建设具有难度大,工期长,跨度远等特点,建设中多采用多组织共建的方式进行。该类建设方式与传统电网组织建设方式管理有所差异,对于财务管理系统来说,需要根据实际情况进行有关系统改造。本文以此为出发点,对多组织共建设类电网工程项目的财务管理系统进行探讨,并提出改进方案与设想。
With the development of national strategy and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the development and use of clean energy such as hydro-wind power are gradually increasing. Because of the long distance between power generating terminal and power receiving terminal, large-scale long-distance power transmission lines need to be constructed. This type of transmission line construction has the characteristics of great difficulty, long construction period, long span and so on. In the construction, it adopts multi-organization and co-construction methods. This kind of construction method is different from the management of traditional grid organization construction. For the financial management system, it is necessary to make relevant system transformation according to the actual conditions. Based on this, this paper discusses the financial management system of multi-organization and joint-construction power grid project, and puts forward the improvement plan and plan.
