文章主要针对农村社区教育发展存在的问题及对策展开研究。首先,对农村社区教育的概念界定及意义进行简要阐述。其次,指出我国农村社区教育发展存在的问题:领导在思想上缺乏足够重视;农民缺乏参与社区教育积极性;农村社区教育管理体制不够完善;农村社区教育的资金投入不足。最后,提出促进我国农村社区教育发展的相关对策:领导应加强对农村社区教育的重视;积极采取措施引导农民参与社区教育;积极完善农村社区教育管理体制;加大对农村社区教育资金的投入。
The article mainly studies the problems and countermeasures in the development of rural community education. First of all, the concept of community education in rural areas and the definition of a brief description. Secondly, it points out the problems existing in the development of rural community education in our country: the lack of sufficient attention of leaders in the ideology; the lack of enthusiasm of peasants in participating in community education; the inadequacy of the education management system in rural communities; and the inadequate capital investment in rural community education. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of rural community education in our country: the leaders should pay more attention to rural community education; take active measures to guide peasants to participate in community education; actively improve rural community education management system; and increase investment in rural community education funds.
