在十多年前,国家大面积施行住房货币化政策,同时银行开始对居民住房贷款“开闸”办理。从本世纪初开始到2003年前后,我国才迎来第一波房贷高潮。当时的住房贷款期限基本以10~15年居多,如今10年即将过去,很多首批房贷族也将进人无债一身轻的状态。10年间,房价已经翻了几番,贷款买房者尝到甜头后,很多人再次挤入“房奴”大军。
In more than a decade ago, the state implemented a large-scale housing monetization policy while banks started to handle residential loans “gate opening ”. From the beginning of this century to around 2003, our country ushered in the first wave of mortgage climax.
