目的研究协同刺激分子程序性死亡蛋白配体1(PD-L1)、PD-L2在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中的表达及意义。方法制作组织芯片并结合免疫组织化学技术检测92例ESCC及30例癌旁组织中PD-L1、PD-L2的表达,分析与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 PD-L1、PD-L2在ESCC中的阳性率分别为63%(58/92)、67%(62/92),癌旁食管黏膜鳞状上皮中的阳性率分别为30%(9/30)、37%(11/30),PD-L1、PD-L2在ESCC组织的表达明显高于癌旁组织。PD-L1的表达与ESCC的淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关,PD-L2的表达与ESCC的浸润深度及淋巴结转移相关。结论 PD-L1、PD-L2在ESCC中表达升高,且与ESCC的浸润和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and its significance. Methods Tissue microarray was used in combination with immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in 92 cases of ESCC and 30 cases of paracancerous tissues. The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive rates of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in esophageal squamous epithelium were 63% (58/92) and 67% (62/92), respectively. The positive rates of PD-L1 and PD- 30), 37% (11/30). The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ESCC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The expression of PD-L1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in ESCC. The expression of PD-L2 was correlated with the invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of ESCC. Conclusion The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in ESCC is increased, which is closely related to the infiltration and metastasis of ESCC.
