本文将KMnO4在酸性介质中氧化As(Ⅲ )和高锰酸钾—甲氧苄啶—硫代硫酸钠化学发光反应偶合一起 ,建立了一种间接测定痕量砷含量的新方法。研究了各种反应物浓度、酸度、干扰离子等因素对测定结果的影响。As(Ⅲ )浓度在 1.0× 10 - 7~ 1.0× 10 - 5g/mL范围内与化学发光强度有较好的线性关系 .对 5 .0× 10 - 6 g/mL的As(Ⅲ )进行了 11次平行测定 ,相对标准偏差为 2 .8% ,方法的检出限为 2 .2× 10 - 9g/mL。
In this paper, a new method of indirect determination of trace amounts of arsenic was established by the coupled chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4 in acid medium with potassium permanganate-trimethoprim-sodium thiosulfate. The effects of various reactants concentration, acidity, interference ions and other factors on the determination results were studied. The concentration of As (Ⅲ) has a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescence intensity in the range of 1.0 × 10 -7 ~ 1.0 × 10 -5 g / mL. As (Ⅲ) of 5.0 × 10 -6 g / mL 11 times parallel determination, the relative standard deviation of 2.8%, the detection limit of the method is 2.2 × 10 - 9g / mL.
