高等职业院校订单培养问题为专家学者研究日久。企业背景、学校专业优势、实训基地、教材、师资以及教学计划等为订单培养必须具备的条件,离开这些,订单培养就无法实现。在条件具备的前提下,通过成立专业指导委员会、确定合作企业、签订协议书、制定人才培养计划、实施过程监控等环节实现订单培养。这种人才培养方式有它积极地意义,但不可避免地存在一些弊端,客观评价这些问题对于高职院校工学结合问题的研究具有重要意义。
Higher vocational colleges order training problems for experts and scholars for a long time. Business background, school professional advantages, training base, teaching materials, teachers and teaching plans for the training of orders must have the conditions to leave these, order training can not be achieved. Under the conditions of the premise, through the establishment of professional steering committee to determine the cooperative enterprises, signed an agreement, the development of personnel training programs, the implementation of process monitoring and other aspects of the order to cultivate. This mode of personnel training has its positive significance, but inevitably there are some drawbacks. To objectively evaluate these problems is of great significance to the study of the combination of work and study in higher vocational colleges.
