采用熔融共混方法制备聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/碳纳米管(CNTs)复合材料,通过单螺杆挤出机挤出,并对PBT/CNTs复合材料挤出工艺参数和电学性能进行研究。利用扫描电镜(AEM)从微观角度对PBT/CNTs复合材料进行观察与分析,通过对材料表面电阻率(p_s)的测定发现:随着多壁碳纳米管含量的不断增加,复合材料的表面电阻率呈不断下降趋势,250℃挤出时碳纳米管(CNTs)含量3%为复合材料的导电阈值。
