《中国药典》附录由制剂通则、检查方法、试液试药、对照品和对照药材等部分组成。本版药典共收载附录90项,其中制剂通则26项,新增了巴布膏剂,搽剂,滴鼻剂,气雾剂(喷雾剂)等五个通则,基本上对所有的原有通则都进行了修订。专项检查法及试药,试液等有64项,新增了注射剂中不溶性微粒检查法,注射剂有关物质检查法,甲醇量测定法和有机氯农药残留量测定法等测定法以及制药用水等。修订了崩解时限检查法,酸败度检查
