以冰乙酸为催化剂,将取代吡唑甲醛和巴比妥酸或硫代巴比妥酸在无水乙醇中进行Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了6个5_(取代吡唑基_4_次甲基)(硫代)巴比妥酸。标题化合物经IR、1HNMR、元素分析确证结构。
The substituted pyrazole-formaldehyde and barbituric acid or thiobarbituric acid were subjected to Knoevenagel condensation reaction in anhydrous ethanol using glacial acetic acid as a catalyst to synthesize six 5_ (substituted pyrazolyl_4_ methine) (Thio) barbituric acid. The title compound was confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis.
