表面开口缺陷比内在缺陷具有更大的危害性。介绍用超声波相控阵法检测一组带不同高度槽的开口槽试块 ,得知 :评定相控阵探头每一通道上的反射波 ,可测出槽的开口处和端部的位置 ,其准确度在许可的误差范围内。再介绍相控阵测高定形新技术用于评定焊缝中的两种开口性缺陷——未焊透和裂纹 ,与解剖结果对比 ,证明两者基本一致。 Surface opening defects are more deleterious than intrinsic defects.
