表面开口缺陷比内在缺陷具有更大的危害性。介绍用超声波相控阵法检测一组带不同高度槽的开口槽试块 ,得知 :评定相控阵探头每一通道上的反射波 ,可测出槽的开口处和端部的位置 ,其准确度在许可的误差范围内。再介绍相控阵测高定形新技术用于评定焊缝中的两种开口性缺陷——未焊透和裂纹 ,与解剖结果对比 ,证明两者基本一致。
Surface opening defects are more deleterious than intrinsic defects. Introducing the method of using ultrasonic phased array to detect a set of open-groove test blocks with different height slots, it is found that the evaluation of the reflected wave on each channel of the phased array probe can measure the position of the opening and the end of the slot. Accuracy within the allowable error range. Re-introduce phased array height measurement of new technologies used to assess the formation of two open defects in the weld - not penetration and cracks, compared with the anatomical results to prove that the two are basically the same.
