保护涂层——欧洲专利申请239349 无需粗化锚固处理,可生产出用于海洋环境钢结构阴极保护的火焰喷铝涂层(因为粗化处理可能导致不连续的疲劳裂纹)。将火焰喷涂的铝涂层沉积到电沉积的铝涂层上,不用表面粗化处理,就能获得满意的粘附强度。用激光能源制取无机材料涂层——英国专利申请2182349A 披露了用激光束在表面上涂覆高熔点材料(如各种碳化物和SiO_2、Al_2O_3、ZrO_2之类的陶瓷)涂层的装置。一束激光直射到要涂覆的表面,同时将粉末喷到被照射的那部份表面上。采用惰性气体保护表面不被氧化。用这种方法制得的SiO_2、Al_2O_3、铬硅酸盐涂层,具有良好的抗高温强氧化、硫化和渗碳的能力。
Protective Coatings - European Patent Application 239349 produces flame-sprayed aluminum coatings for cathodic protection of marine environmental steels without the need for roughening and anchoring treatments (as roughening may result in discontinuous fatigue cracks). The flame-sprayed aluminum coating is deposited onto the electrodeposited aluminum coating to obtain satisfactory adhesion without surface roughening. Inorganic Material Coating Using Laser Energy - UK Patent Application No. 2182349A discloses a device for coating a surface with a laser beam with a high melting point material such as various carbides and ceramics such as SiO 2, Al 2 O 3, ZrO 2. A laser beam is directed at the surface to be coated, spraying the powder onto the part of the surface to be irradiated. The inert gas is used to protect the surface from oxidation. The SiO 2, Al 2 O 3 and chrome silicate coatings prepared by this method have the good capability of high temperature oxidation resistance, vulcanization and carburization.
