過去幾年來,我校在評定、使用助學金方面,存在着許多不合理的現象。由於學校對申請同學的家庭經济情况不能切實掌握,評定工作要花一個多月的時間,嚴重妨礙了敎學工作;而且有些需要助學金的學生沒有評上或評得很低,也影響了同學的學習情緒。分析其主要原因,除了學校不了解情况外,區鄕政府不正確的證明,也給學校在合理使用助學金方面造成很大的困難。爲了使區鄕幹部能重視與正確掌握助學金的證明工作,並加强學校在這一工作中與區鄕政府的密切聯系,我們於去年年底
