讨论了铝合金Lc4—CS—δ10应变循环比R_ε=0.0,0.2,-1.0三种状况下非弹性响应随循环的变化规律。文章还对Ramberg—Osgood循环本构方程中特性参数偶n′和k′及循环弹性模量E′的瞬态响应在不同应变循环比R_ε下的变化规律进行了探索。研究结果表明:循环应力幅和循环塑性应变幅在不同循环比R_ε下的随循环数变化趋势相反。循环硬化指数和强度系数的随循环数变化趋势具有一致性,且变化程度与循环应变比有关,按照R_ε=0.2,0,-1.0顺序,其变化程度逐渐减少。循环滞回能随循环数的变化不受循环应变比不同的约束。
The variation of the inelastic response with the Lc4-CS-δ10 strain cycle ratio R_ε = 0.0, 0.2, -1.0 is discussed. In addition, the variation of the transient response of the characteristic parameters, even n ’and k’, and the cyclic elastic modulus E ’in the Ramberg-Osgood cycle constitutive equation under different strain cycle ratios R_ε was also explored. The results show that the cyclic variation of cyclic stress amplitude and cyclic plastic strain amplitude are opposite with the cyclic numbers R_ε. The trend of cyclic hardening index and strength coefficient is consistent with the cyclic number, and the degree of change is related to the cyclic strain ratio. The degree of change decreases with the order of R_ε = 0.2,0, -1.0. Cyclic hysteresis can vary from cycle to cycle regardless of the cyclic strain ratio.
