房屋建筑工程是一项系统、复杂的施工过程,其主要是由土建工程、给排水工程、采暖通风工程及电气安装工程所构成,其中土建工程与电气安装工程的施工配合尤为重要。土建工程施工质量的好坏直接影响到建筑物后期整体的使用效果,而电气安装工程与其他施工项目必然会发生多方面的联系,特别是与土建施工关系最为密切。因此,必须针对建筑物结构特点采取相应的施工方法,充分做好电气安装的配合施工,从而保证房建工程顺利进行。本文通过工程实例探讨了房屋建筑工程中土建施工与电气安装施工的过程,并从中分析了配合实施的方式。
Housing construction is a systematic and complicated construction process. It is mainly composed of civil works, water supply and drainage works, heating and ventilation works and electrical installation works. Construction and civil engineering works and electrical installation works are especially important. The quality of civil engineering construction directly affects the overall effectiveness of the late buildings, and electrical construction projects and other construction projects are bound to occur in many ways, especially with civil construction most closely. Therefore, the construction methods must be taken according to the characteristics of the structure of the building, and the cooperation with the electrical installation should be fully implemented so as to ensure the smooth progress of the house construction. This paper discusses the construction process of civil engineering construction and electrical installation construction process through engineering examples, and analyzes the ways to cooperate with them.
