随着国防建设的发展,十年来我军卫生工作的一个组成部分医疗预防工作,在党的领导下,遵循着党的建军路线,由于坚决贯澈了“预防为主,面向部队,为兵服务”的卫生工作方针,树立了无产阶级医学思想,改进了医疗作风。因而,在组织制度建设,防治结合、消灭疾病以及开展新技术,提高医疗质量等方面,都取得了很大的成就,使部队发病率有了显著下降,若以1951年为100,1958年则为63.71。对部队在完成各项任务中,起了一定的保障作用。
With the development of national defense construction, the medical prevention work, an integral part of our military health work over the past decade, follows the Party’s line of military establishment under the leadership of the party.
