观察了20例胎龄为4~7个月胎儿皮肤的超微结构,发现表皮细胞的超微结构变化与细胞的分化程度与胎龄有密切的关系:其中微丝束和糖原伴随细胞的分化由基底层向表层逐渐增多,游离核蛋白体及线粒体则逐渐减少;随着胎龄的增加,微丝束、透明角质颗粒、核蛋白体增加,糖原逐渐减少。还观察了周皮、表皮细胞之间的连接、基膜及真皮成纤维细胞的超微结构变化,为进一步研究国人的皮肤补充了资料。
The ultrastructure of fetal skin was observed in 20 cases of gestational age 4-7 months. The ultrastructural changes of epidermal cells and the differentiation degree of the cells were found to be closely related to the gestational age. The microfilament bundles and the glycogen associated with the cells Differentiation increased gradually from basal layer to superficial layer, and free ribosomes and mitochondria decreased gradually. With the increase of gestational age, microfilament bundles, keratinocytes and nucleoprotein increased and glycogen gradually decreased. We also observed the connection between the pericytes and epidermal cells, the ultrastructure changes of the basilar membrane and dermal fibroblasts, which supplemented the data for further research on Chinese skin.
