苯妥英钠可用一对剂量——稳态浓度数据来估算达到期望的治疗浓度所需剂量。经采用四种方法,即轨迹图法(Orbit plot method)、RD参数法(Richens and Dunlop nomog-ram)、Km=4参数法和群体清除率法(Population clearance method)。对10例服用苯妥英钠的癫痫病人进行剂量调整结果表明,其中轨迹图法最佳。
Phenytoin Sodium A dose-steady state concentration data can be used to estimate the dose required to achieve the desired therapeutic concentration. Four methods were used, namely the Orbit plot method, the Richens and Dunlop nomog-ram, the Km = 4 parameter method and the Population clearance method. Dose adjustment of epididymal sodium in 10 patients taking phenytoin showed that the trajectory method was the best.
