①目的探讨β-内啡肽(β-END)对大鼠血浆唾液酸(SA)水平的影响。②方法在Wistar大鼠侧脑室分别注射浓度为25,50和100μmol/L的β-END(生理盐水对照)和抗β-END血清(正常兔血清对照),注射前及注射后5,15,25和35min分别取血,紫外分光光度仪测SA含量。③结果注射β-END后大鼠血浆SA水平较注射前均降低,并且随β-END浓度的增加,SA水平降低所需的时间逐渐缩短;注射抗β-END血清后大鼠血浆SA水平较注射前升高。④结论外源性及内源性的β-END均参与了降低大鼠血浆SA水平的调节过程,并且呈一定的量效依赖关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of β-endorphin (β-END) on plasma sialic acid (SA) in rats. ② Methods Wistar rats were injected intracerebroventricularly with β-END (25, 50 and 100 μmol / L) and anti-β-END serum (normal rabbit serum) 25 and 35min were taken blood, UV spectrophotometry SA content. Results The levels of plasma SA in rats after β-END injection decreased compared with those before injection, and the time required for the reduction of SA level was gradually decreased with the increase of β-END concentration. The levels of SA in plasma after anti-β-END serum injection Elevated before injection. ④ Conclusion Exogenous and endogenous β-END are involved in the regulation of plasma SA levels in rats, and showed a certain dose-effect relationship.
