目前我国煤矿井下水仓沉淀的煤泥,大部分由人工挖掘清理,劳动条件很差,劳动强度又大,工作效率很低。只有少数矿井采用装岩机等机械清理,但由于机体动作范围的限制,水仓里仍有不能挖到的地方残留一些煤泥,仍需人工清理。 于1979年底开始的,由河北省煤矿设计院在唐山矿自制简易挖掘清理机的基础上改进设计的,由峰峰通二矿试制的履带式水仓清挖机(参见图1、图2)获得成功,大大减轻了清理井下水仓煤泥的劳动强度并改善了工作环境。经工业性试验证明,该机具有清仓效率高、操作方便和安全可靠等优点,因而深受工人们的欢迎,现已成为通二矿清理水仓中必不可少的设备。预计今年5月份将在邢台煤矿进一步进行工业性试验。 现将该机工作原理及主要技术特征简介如下:
At present, most coal slimes precipitated from coal mines in China’s coal mines are cleaned by manual excavation, with poor working conditions, labor intensity and low working efficiency. Only a small number of mines use mechanical rocking machines and other mechanical cleaning. However, due to the limitation of the body’s operating range, some slime remains in the water tank where it can not be dug, and manual cleaning is still required. At the end of 1979, the coal mine design institute of Hebei Province improved its design on the basis of the self-made simple excavation and cleaning machine made by Tangshan Mine. The track-type water tanker excavator (see Figure 1 and Figure 2) Success, greatly reducing the labor intensity of clean coal silt downhole and improve the working environment. The industrial test proved that the machine has the advantages of high clearance efficiency, easy operation and safe and reliable, which are deeply welcomed by the workers. It has become an indispensable equipment for Tongjiang Mine to clean the water storage. Expected in May this year, Xingtai Coal Mine further industrial tests. Now the aircraft working principle and the main technical characteristics are as follows:
