利用Pro/E建立了拖拉机的三维模型,编写了用于振动测试的较粗糙路面文件,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了拖拉机的虚拟样机模型,在较粗糙路面激励下进行了拖拉机动态响应仿真研究。仿真研究结果表明,驾驶员承受的振动强度随行驶速度的增加而增大,垂直、俯仰和侧倾方向的幅频特性曲线中谱峰值频率在3 Hz左右。驾驶员位置处3个方向的振动非独立,有相近的谱峰值频率。为进一步研究拖拉机的减振措施提供依据。
The three-dimensional model of the tractor was established by Pro / E, the rough pavement file for vibration test was written, the virtual prototype model of tractor was established by dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and the dynamic response of tractor was simulated under rough terrain excitation . The simulation results show that the vibration intensity of the driver increases with the increase of the traveling speed, and the peak frequency of the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve in the vertical, pitch and roll directions is about 3 Hz. The vibration in the three directions at the driver’s position is not independent and has similar spectral peak frequencies. In order to further study the tractor damping measures provide the basis.
