本文根据可靠性设计要求,对装载机动臂液压缸的油压变化进行了测量。利用测试数据分析结果进行平稳性和各态历经性检验,从而确定典型工况,测试数据样本长度。在频谱分析后,决定以幅值分布作为可靠性设计的依据。由油压统计分布值,建立分布函数。在分析了材料疲劳抗力指标的分布规律后,利用可靠性设计的干涉理论,对动臂液压缸活塞杆进行了强度和压杆稳定性的优化设计,得出在一定可靠度下的最佳活塞杆尺寸。
