An essay entitled “Five Shades of Shallow Water Fishing” published by Diao You in Jilin Province, No. 9, 2004 by Diaoyutai, Jilin Province triggered controversy over the long-term hard-rod fishing of soft rods. As one of the contentious writers, I always upheld the notion that “a hard rod is a big weapon while a hard rod is a big weapon for big fish”. In the first two articles of contention, Big fish defects made a more objective and exhaustive exposition. Of course, in the extensive fishing system project, my micro-perspective is only for my own opinion. It is always inevitable that there will be some problems in my fishing system. Some of my knowledge may not be completely correct.
