根据不同水源可提供不同的水质及不同用水部门对水质要求不同的问题,结合天津市水资源供需实际情况,考虑当地地表水、地下水、外调水工程、其他水源及考虑工业、农业、生活和生态四类用水,划分北三河山区、北四河下游平原、大清河淀东平原三个子区。综合考虑经济、社会及生态环境多目标效益建立了基于分质供水的多目标水资源优化配置模型,采用大系统总体优化遗传算法求解,配合风险决策分析软件The Deci-sionTools Suite(5.5Industrial)的Evolver插件,得出了三个分区的水资源配置方案,结果表明工业用水和生活用水均可得到很好的满足,农业用水和生态用水有所不足。结合优化配置结果分析了相关原因,提出了未来发展建议。
According to different water sources can provide different water quality and different water departments of different water quality requirements, combined with the actual situation of Tianjin’s water supply and demand, taking into account the local surface water, groundwater, water transfer projects, other water sources and consider the industry, agriculture, life and Ecological four categories of water, divided into North Sanhe mountainous areas, the lower reaches of Beisihe plain, the Qinghai River East three sub-areas. Based on multi-objective economic, social and ecological benefits, a multi-objective water resources allocation model based on sub-quality water supply was established. The system was solved by genetic algorithm with large-scale optimization and combined with the risk decision analysis software The Deci-sionTools Suite (5.5Industrial) Evolver plug-in, obtained three sub-district of the water allocation program, the results show that both industrial water and domestic water can be well met, agricultural water and ecological water inadequate. Combined with the results of optimization and analysis of the reasons for the proposed future development proposals.
