中国真空学会第二次代表大会和学术会议于一九八三年十一月六日至十日在南京举行。出席大会的正式代表255人。中共中央委员、航天工业部副部长李绪鄂同志出席了大会开幕式,并讲了话。日本真空学会会长、国际真空科学技术应用协会前任司库井街仁博士出席了大会开幕式。他对中国真空学会被接纳为国际真空科学技术应用协会(IUVSTA)的正式会员及这次大会的召开表示祝贺。大会期间,代表们进行了广泛的学术交流活动,共报告了学术论文137篇,印发了论文集两册,并且通过了第一届理事会的工作报告和学会章程的修订。代表们以无记名投票的方
The Second Congress and the Symposium of China Vacuum Society were held in Nanjing from November 6 to November 10, 1983. 255 formal representatives attended the conference. Comrade Li Xuzhou, member of the CPC Central Committee and vice minister of the aerospace industry, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. The president of Japan Vacuum Society and former director of ISAKI Shinichi Kikuchi attended the opening ceremony of the conference. He congratulated China Vacuum Association for being accepted as a full member of IUVSTA and for the conference. During the conference, the deputies conducted a wide range of academic exchange activities, reported a total of 137 academic papers, printed two volumes of theses, and passed the work report of the first session of the council and the revision of the statute of the association.
