由于引水压力钢管下平段改为焊接结构 ,焊接最后 1道预留环缝时将产生很高的残余应力 ,因此 ,必须计算和分析引水压力钢管的焊接残余应力。在用有限元法进行残余应力计算时 ,先建立了焊接热传导的数学模型 ,通过空间域、时间域的离散得到线性方程组并求解。为简化计算 ,作了几点假设 ,根据假设 ,开发出引水压力钢管焊接热过程数值模拟软件。经过计算 ,求出了引水压力钢管的焊接残余应力。
Since the lower section of the water diversion pressure pipe is changed to the welded structure, the residual residual stress will be generated when the last one of the reserved annular girth welding is welded. Therefore, the welding residual stress of the water-carrying pressure steel pipe must be calculated and analyzed. When using finite element method to calculate the residual stress, the mathematical model of welding heat conduction is established first, and the linear equations are obtained by solving the discrete time and space domain equations. In order to simplify the calculation, a few assumptions were made. According to the hypothesis, a numerical simulation software was developed for thermal process of pipe welding of water diversion pipe. After calculation, find the water pressure of steel pipe welding residual stress.
