目的:了解某儿童医院住院患儿抗菌药使用现状,为临床合理用药提供资料。方法:统计该院4个科室对23种抗菌药的药敏试验结果并与其他地区结果作比较;用限定日剂量(DDD)计算抗菌药的消耗,结合药敏结果分析抗菌药使用现状。结果:院内分离菌对头孢曲松敏感率较其他地区低,对青霉素敏感率高,对头孢他啶、氨苄西林/舒巴坦敏感率相当。头孢曲松、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、青霉素的DDDs分别居第1～4位。结论:氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢他啶、红霉素使用合理;头孢曲松、青霉素使用不合理。
Objective: To understand the current status of hospital use of antibacterials in a children’s hospital and provide information for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The susceptibility test results of 23 antibacterials in 4 departments of the hospital were calculated and compared with those of other regions. The daily dose (DDD) was used to calculate the antibacterial drug consumption. The antimicrobial drug use status was analyzed based on the drug susceptibility results. Results: The susceptibility of ceftriaxone to ceftriaxone was lower than that in other areas and the sensitivity rate to penicillin was high. The sensitivity to ceftazidime and ampicillin / sulbactam was quite high. DDDs of ceftriaxone, ampicillin / sulbactam, ceftazidime and penicillin were in first to fourth place, respectively. Conclusion: Ampicillin / sulbactam, ceftazidime and erythromycin are reasonable to use; ceftriaxone and penicillin are not used properly.
