1954年宪法：第九条国家依照法律保护手工业者和其他非农业的个体劳动者的生产资料所有权。国家指导和帮助个体手工业者和其他非农业的个体劳动者改善经营，并且鼓励他们根据自愿的原则组织生产合作和供销合作Q第十条国家依照法律保护资本家的生产资料所有权和其他资本所有权。
1954 Constitution: Article 9 The State protects the ownership of the means of production of handicraftsmen and other non-agricultural individual laborers in accordance with the law. The State guides and helps individual handicraftsmen and other non-agricultural individual laborers to improve their operations and encourages them to organize cooperation in production and supply and marketing on a voluntary basis. Article 10 The State protects capitalist ownership of ownership in production and other capital in accordance with the law.
