编者按:随着2004年9月海南、广东、山东、宁夏首批普通高中课程改革实验区的进入,普通高中课程改革拉开了序幕。至今为止,全国已有16个省市、自治区,近983万学生在使用高中新课程。为了与高中课程改革相适应,各实验省份根据课程改革的理念和要求进行了新高考方案的研制,在考试科目设置、考试形式、试题命制以及综合素质评价结果纳入高校招生视野等方面取得了一定程度的突破和创新。今年1月,教育部出台了《教育部关于普通高中新课程省份深化高校招生考试改革的指导意见》,针对实施高中新课程的省份提出了进一步深化高校招生制度改革的建议,一个结合课改探索考改、教改的改革模式正在形成。江苏省于2005年秋季开始进入普通高中课程改革实验,2006年9月出台了“3+学业水平测试+综合素质评价”的新高考方案。由于其改革力度较大,因此从方案研制、公布到实施一直存有一些争议。为了引导大家更加理性、全面地认识江苏高考方案,并能有助于其他高中新课改实验省份高考改革的健康推进,进一步明确高考改革的方向,本刊围绕江苏08新高考展开了讨论。 Editor’s note: With the entry into Hainan, Guangdong, Shandong, and Ningxia in the first batch of ordinary high school curriculum reform experimental areas in September 2004, ordinary high school curriculum reforms opened. The reform model of examination reform and education reform is being formed. In the fall of 2005, Jiangsu Province began to enter the ordinary high school curriculum reform experiment. In September 2006, a new college entrance examination program of “3+ academic level test + comprehensive quality evaluation” was issued. Due to its great reform efforts, there has been some controversy from the development, publication and implementation of the plan. In order to guide people to understand the Jiangsu college entrance examination program more rationally and comprehensively, and to contribute to the healthy advancement of the reforms in other high school new curriculum reform experimental provinces and colleges, and to further clarify the direction of college entrance examination reform, this publication has started discussion on the new examination of Jiangsu 08.
