组教员是电大管理队伍的重要组成部分,是电大开放教育教育管理的枢纽和基础。本课题拟结合巴州电大多年来组教员培训与管理的实际情况,进一步明确了组教员的涵义、工作职责和职能,通过调研梳理了巴州电大组教员培训与管理的现状、问题,探析建立符合电大开放教育教育管理要求的组教员培训与管理工作的基本范式及考核评价指标体系,力求培养一支高素质的组教员队伍,更好地服务于电大的培养目标。
