目的:测定老年原发性高血压患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,并行颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)检测,探讨血清hs-CRP水平与大动脉弹性的关系。方法:采用透射比浊法检测40例老年原发性高血压患者和40例健康体检者的血清hs-CRP水平,采用动脉弹性检测仪测定cfP-WV,根据血压计算脉压和脉压指数。结果:高血压组cfP-WV、脉压、脉压指数与对照组比较明显升高,相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清hs-CRP水平及其他各生化指标与对照组比较明显上升(P<0.05);高血压患者血清hs-CRP水平与cfPWV、脉压、脉压指数呈显著正相关(r=0.447,0.501,0.432,P<0.05);cfPWV与脉压、脉压指数呈显著正相关(r=0.552,0.463,P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压病患者存在大动脉弹性减退和炎症反应,且炎症反应可能参与了大动脉弹性减退的病理生理机制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the serum levels of hs-CRP in elderly patients with essential hypertension and to evaluate the relationship between serum hs-CRP level and arterial elasticity by measuring the carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (cfPWV). Methods: The serum hs-CRP levels were measured by transmission turbidimetry in 40 elderly patients with essential hypertension and 40 healthy subjects. The blood pressure was used to calculate the pulse pressure and pulse pressure index. Results: Compared with the control group, cfP-WV, pulse pressure and pulse pressure index in hypertensive group were significantly increased (P <0.05), serum hs-CRP levels and other biochemical parameters were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between serum hs-CRP levels and cfPWV, pulse pressure and pulse pressure index in patients with hypertension (r = 0.447,0.501,0.432, P <0.05) There was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.552,0.463, P <0.05). Conclusion: There is arteriole hypertrophy and inflammatory reaction in elderly hypertensive patients, and the inflammatory reaction may be involved in the pathophysiological mechanism of aortic arterial degeneration.
