以黑龙江省92个主栽大豆品种(系)为研究对象,分别对其在2010年和2011年的脂肪含量进行分析,发掘与脂肪含量紧密连锁的SSR标记,用以辅助鉴定黑龙江省主栽大豆品种的脂肪含量。结果表明:供试材料脂肪含量变异范围2010年为17.10%~23.14%,2011年为17.70%~23.04%,两年平均为17.40%~23.09%。结合SSR数据的品种系统进化树分析,可以将黑龙江省主栽大豆品种脂肪含量总体上分成大于20%和小于20%两类。此外,鉴别出2个与脂肪含量相关的SSR标记(Satt428-900、Satt502-150),标记指数与脂肪含量显著相关(相关系数分别为-0.41*和0.41*)。
Taking 92 main soybean varieties (lines) in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, the fat content in 2010 and 2011 were analyzed respectively, and the SSR markers closely linked with fat content were explored to assist the identification of the main soybean in Heilongjiang Province Variety of fat content. The results showed that the variation range of fat content of the tested materials was 17.10% -23.14% in 2010, 17.70% -23.04% in 2011 and 17.40% -23.09% in two years. Combining the phylogenetic tree analysis of SSR data, the fat content of main cultivated soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province can be divided into two categories of more than 20% and less than 20%. In addition, two fat content-related SSR markers (Satt 428-900, Satt 502-150) were identified, and the marker index was significantly correlated with fat content (correlation coefficient -0.41 * and 0.41 *, respectively).
