渐开线齿轮传动是最常用的机械传动形式之一,其中圆柱齿轮的应用尤为广泛。在设计过程中,如何合理选择参数,是机械设计人员经常考虑的一个重要问题。目前评价承载能力的主要依据,是齿面的接触强度和齿根弯曲强度,而影响它们的因素面广量多。本文以齿轮承载能力计算国标为依据,用有限元法分析,探讨齿轮基本参数及加工、润滑等技术指标对齿轮强度的影响。
Involute gear transmission is one of the most commonly used mechanical transmission forms, of which the use of spur gears is particularly widespread. In the design process, how to choose the parameters reasonably is an important issue that mechanical designers often consider. The main basis for the current evaluation of load carrying capacity is the contact strength of tooth flanks and the root flexural strength, while the factors that affect them are much larger. In this paper, based on the national standard of gear bearing capacity calculation, the finite element method is used to analyze the influence of the basic parameters of gears and the technical indicators such as machining and lubrication on gear strength.
