本文是在总结分析国内外侧隙和齿厚偏差标准的基础上,以寻求一种新的选择齿轮副侧隙和齿厚偏差的方法。文中最小极限侧隙的计算不仅考虑了啮合轮齿间油膜厚度和齿轮、箱体热膨胀对侧隙的影响,而且考虑了轮齿受载弹性变形对侧隙的影响。并利用弹流理论来研究啮合轮齿间油膜厚度,用有限元法来研究轮齿受载弹性变形。最后,提出了一种新的侧隙和齿厚偏差选择规范。
Based on the summary of the standards of backlash and tooth thickness at home and abroad, this paper tries to find a new method to choose the gear backlash and tooth thickness deviation. The calculation of the minimum limit clearance in this paper not only considers the influence of the oil film thickness between the meshed gears and the thermal expansion of the gear box and the box on the backlash, but also takes into account the influence of elastic deformation on the backlash. The oil film thickness between meshing teeth is studied by using the theory of the elastic flow, and the elastic deformation of the gear tooth is studied by the finite element method. Finally, a new selection criterion of backlash and tooth thickness deviation is proposed.
