目的分析中医临床专业医学生心理健康水平与人格特质的关系,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC),对某高校中医临床专业466名本科生进行问卷调查。结果中医临床医学生SCL-90的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、焦虑和恐怖等因子得分均高于全国大学生常模;不同气质类型大学生的SCL-90得分差异有统计学意义,多血质性格被试在所有因子评分中得分最低,而抑郁质得分最高。结论中医临床医学生的人格特征影响心理健康水平,应引起学校有关机构重视。
Objective To analyze the relationship between mental health level and personality traits of medical students majoring in TCM in order to provide a reference for carrying out mental health education. Methods SCL-90 and EPQ-RSC were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 466 undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine in a university. Results The scores of somatization, coercion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and horror of SCL-90 in TCM clinicians were all higher than those in Chinese college students. SCL-90 scores of college students with different temperaments were significantly different Subjects scored lowest in all factor scores and highest in depression scores. Conclusion The personality traits of TCM clinicians affect the mental health level, which should be paid more attention by the relevant agencies of the school.
