历史的必然是一回事,历史的事实又是一回事。一个历史必然的东西,往往会因另一个历史事实而被延误百年。作为历史必然的中国现代化,未必能保证在我们这一两代人之间实现。以我的观察,直到目前为止,推动中国经济发展的主要力量,还不是真正的市场经济。中国的经济在本质上还不是企业经济,不是资源经济。其根子就是政企不分,众多的有权人士不肯转换角色,不肯放弃可以猎取经济利益的机会。市场经济的基础在于公平竞争,一有权力插手,公平就没有了,竞争也没有了,市场更无从说起。至于权力如何导致腐败,已经是学生的常识了。
The inevitability of history is one thing, and the facts of history are the same thing again. A matter of historical inevitability is often delayed for a hundred years due to another historical fact. As an inevitable historical modernization in China, it may not be guaranteed to be realized between our two generations. In my opinion, up to now, the main force for promoting China’s economic development is not yet a real market economy. In essence, China’s economy is not a business economy, not a resource economy. Its root is that regardless of the difference between government and enterprises, many powerful people refuse to change their roles and will not give up the opportunity to hunt for economic interests. The foundation of a market economy lies in fair competition. Once there is the right to intervene, there will be no fairness and no competition. The market will have no choice but to speak of. It is already a student’s common sense how power can lead to corruption.
