近些年来,国家对高校教育教学的重视,教学效能感是教育信念的核心部分,对学生的成绩有很强的预测能力,从而,使得教师教学效能感成为研究热点。高校体育教师大都重实践,轻理论,注重技术,忽略学术,正因为这样的特殊性,使得体育教师的教学效能感水平较其他学科教师更低。因此,研究高校体育教师教学效能感对提高体育教学水平有着重要的意义。
In recent years, the state’s emphasis on teaching and learning in colleges and universities, teaching efficacy is a core part of educational beliefs, the performance of students have a strong ability to predict, thus making the teacher’s teaching efficacy has become a research hot spot. Because of this particularity, physical education teachers in colleges and universities mostly make their teaching efficacy lower than that of other subject teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the sense of teaching efficacy of physical education teachers in colleges to improve the level of physical education.
