本文系对30万吨/年合成氨厂第一废热锅炉传热管端头内侧壁混合对流放热过程所作的试验研究。其目的在于弄清插入深度(h/d)对端头内侧壁放热的影响;查明混合对流的放热规律;找出放热系数的计算公式。文中介绍了所采用的试验装置、仪器以及测量和试验方法。
In this paper, the experimental research on the mixed convection and exothermic process of the inner side wall of the heat exchanger tube in the first waste heat boiler of a 300 kt / a ammonia plant was carried out. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of insertion depth (h / d) on the exothermic inner wall of the tip; to find out the exothermic rule of mixed convection; and to find the formula for calculating the exothermic coefficient. The article introduced the test equipment, instruments and measurement and test methods.
