WTO的基本原则采用市场经济的原则和规则 ,由“基本原则”和“例外条款”两部分构成。这些原则是对关贸总协定基本原则的继承 ,是对国际经贸惯例加以规范化的有益尝试。
The Basic Principles of WTO Adopting the principles and rules of a market economy is made up of two parts: the “basic principles” and the “exceptions”. These principles are the succession of the GATT basic principles and a useful attempt to standardize international economic and trade practices.
