本文就农村土地流转中农民经济权益的法律保障问题展开讨论,从现实和理论相结合的角度出发,深入阐释了土地流转中农村地区的现实状况以及农村地区所遇法律问题的表现形式的三个前提问题,同时针对当前农村土地流转中农民经济权益问题的法律保障方式进行了有益的探索,认为可以遵循以下四个路径,第一是强化法律法规的制定工作,第二是重视执行,第三是重视普法宣传工作,第四是要重视农民自治机制的培养和建立。本文意在通过有益的探索和讨论,为推动新形势下我国农村地区土地流转过程当中农民经济权益问题的法律保障作出应有的贡献。
This article discusses the legal protection of peasants’ economic rights and interests in rural land circulation. From the point of view of reality and theory, this article gives an in-depth explanation of the reality of rural land circulation and the three forms of legal problems encountered in rural areas Preconditions, at the same time aiming at the legal guarantee ways of peasants’ economic rights and interests in the rural land circulation at the same time, this paper makes a useful exploration, which means that we can follow the following four paths.
