工程项目施工计划及其工期实现的可靠性是工程建设目的与投资效益实现的重要保证.在编制项目的进度计划时,工序的持续时间和逻辑关系既具有确定性,又具有不确定性.将模糊三角数引入到项目工期分析中,提出了模糊网络计划方法和工期实现的可能性,为工程项目快速、高效建设提供了决策分析的依据.
The reliability of the project construction plan and the realization of its construction period is an important guarantee for the purpose of project construction and the realization of investment benefits. In the preparation of the project’s progress plan, the duration of the process and the logical relationship with both deterministic and uncertain. The fuzzy trigonometry was introduced into the project duration analysis, and the fuzzy network planning method and the possibility of construction period were put forward, which provided the basis for decision-making analysis for the rapid and efficient construction of the project.
