近年来，山东省国税系统各级党组织及广大党员在省国税局党组的正确领导下，充分发挥战斗堡垒和先锋模范作用，带动广大干部群众大力加强税收征管，积极推进依法治税，圆满完成了各项工作任务，保证了国家财政收入，同时，不断强化自身建设，逐步提高执法水平，在社会上树立了良好的国税形象。在建党８０周年前夕，山东省国税系统开展了全系统先进领导班子和“十佳局长”的评选活动，推出了全省各级国税部门的优秀带头人。本刊在纪念建党８０周年特刊中特别介绍这些先进班子、优秀党员的简要事迹，以激励广大党员干部奋勇争先，以更加饱满的热情和更加坚强的意志投身到各项改革和建设之中，把全省国税工作不断推向前进，再创新的辉煌。
