目的探讨酸脂清胶囊对高尿酸并高脂血症大鼠肝脏脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)的影响,以进一步研究其降血脂的机制。方法采用SD雄性大鼠,灌服脂肪乳剂及高嘌呤液建立高尿酸并高脂血症的大鼠模型,用酸脂清胶囊治疗,并设立别嘌呤醇及非诺贝特对照组以及空白组和模型组,观察造模前后以及用药前后肝脏脂蛋白脂酶的变化情况。结果酸脂清胶囊治疗组的脂蛋白脂酶较模型对照组及别嘌醇组升高(P<0.001),与非诺贝特组相当(P>0.05)。结论酸脂清胶囊降血脂作用疗效较非诺贝特好临床适用性好。
Objective To investigate the effect of shenzhiqing capsule on hepatic lipoprotein lipase (LPL) in rats with hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia to further study its mechanism of lowering blood lipid. Methods SD male rats were fed with fat emulsion and high purine solution to establish a rat model of hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia. The rats were treated with xuezhiqing capsule and allopurinol and fenofibrate control group and blank group And model group, before and after modeling and before and after treatment of liver lipoprotein lipase changes. Results Compared with the model control group and the allopurinol group, the lipoprotein lipase in the treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.001) and was similar to fenofibrate group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Xuezhijing capsule on lipid lowering is better than fenofibrate.
