在４８侧成人下肢标本上观测了梨状肌止腱的形态、止点位置、毗邻，提供了手术入路的有关数据。经臀大肌外侧缘切口处皮肤、皮下组织的厚度为７．３±１．７ｍｍ，臀大肌外侧缘至大转子尖部最高点的距离为２２．８±５．８ｍｍ。讨论了与手术有关的应用解剖学要点。
The shape, location and adjacent of the piriformis tendon were observed on 48 adult lower extremity specimens, which provided relevant data for surgical approach. The thickness of skin and subcutaneous tissue at the incision of the lateral margin of the gluteus maximus was 7.3 ± 1.7 mm. The distance between the lateral margin of the gluteus maximus and the highest point of the greater trochanter was 22.8 ± 5.8 mm. Discussed the surgical application of anatomical points.
