为了提高液压立柱的硬度及耐蚀性能,采用化学镀的方法在其表面沉积了Ni—P—B合金层,并研究了热处理对镀层结构及性能的影响。结果表明,化学镀Ni—P—B合金在镀态时呈现非晶态,其显微硬度为468.7 HV,经45℃热处理后,镀层呈晶态,显微硬度达到1 637.2 HV;在100 g/L的NaOH溶液和模拟矿井环境下,腐蚀速率从2.268 2 mm/a和0.4410 mm/a下降为0.617 2 mm/a和0.007 83 mm/a;在10%盐酸腐蚀溶液中,腐蚀加剧,从5.458 9 mm/a上升到28.044 mm/a。
In order to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of hydraulic column, electroless plating was used to deposit Ni-P-B alloy layer on its surface and the effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the coating was studied. The results show that the electroless Ni-P-B alloy has an amorphous state during the plating process and the microhardness is 468.7 HV. After heat treatment at 45 ° C, the coating is crystalline and the microhardness reaches 1637.2 HV.
